Positive: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom property in Knightsbridge. The location was absolutely perfect and made everything so convenient for our family. The balcony was amazing and one of our favourite parts of the apartment.

Negative: On arrival the keys were not in the keysafe so we had to wait for these to be dropped to us. We then found out the boiler was not working so no hot water or heating. We had to wait for an engineer to turn up who managed to get luke water to come out but again the communication was a little disappointing.
